We offer a range of services designed specifically to meet the needs of small-to-medium charities (up to £2 million) but we can also design options for larger charities.
Our services are priced to be accessible to organisations of all sizes.
Our Governance services include governance reviews, Trustee training and support, policy development and crisis intervention to help equip Boards to carry out their duties effectively, and provide hands-on support when it is needed.
Our Strategy services help charities plan for the future – whether that’s by facilitating an away day, planning how you’ll approach strategic planning, helping with consultation, or helping you to draft your strategic plan successfully.
Our Culture services help your staff and Board to recognise challenges and work together more effectively. Through consultations and culture away days, we can help you to understand the challenges your people are dealing with and help you to find a positive way forward.
Our Crisis services are there for when the worst is happening. We can help you understand what’s going on, advise you on the best way forward, and help when needed with staff consultations, restructures, sustainability plans and cost-cutting.
Our Health Check services assess your charity’s operational effectiveness thoroughly and is one of our most popular services for small-to-medium charities. Its rigorous review and recommendation process helps charities to focus on their immediate and long-term development needs.
Our Interim Leadership services are a longer-term commitment of between 3 to 12 months, designed to help you to achieve change successfully while recruiting a permanent CEO. These roles will vary enormously, but these hands-on services involve bringing in an employed interim CEO with clear targets for the period of appointment. We offer part-time only support of up to 3 days per week.
